I led the creative direction and visual design of What Is Your Story‘s first issue titled A Place Of My Own, an illustration-focused student led magazine exploring personal narratives through art and design. As Creative Director, I oversaw the overall layout system, coordinated with designers and illustrators, and ensured the visual tone was consistent throughout the issue.

This editorial spread explores the theme of home as a feeling rather than a place. Framed as a visual checklist, it invites readers to reflect on the personal rituals and items that bring them comfort when traveling.
The text is fully written and illustrated by me, merging visual storytelling with copy that encourages emotional connection. The layout guides the eye with balance and warmth, aligning with the magazine issue's central theme, A Place of My Own.
